Take a minute, right now, and think about yourself…

No doubt the majority of you used only the conscious level of your mind. Your thoughts dealt only with what you can see, hear or smell. You think that this is "you" and little regard the most dominant part of yourself. Many people are not aware of this powerhouse and many people refuse to develop the use of it. Of course I am speaking of the subconscious. Success or failure in life is not because of a set of circumstances or what other people have done and are doing to you. Most failures are based on the fact that people have never learned, or refuse to learn, how to use their subconscious.

As a teacher I give many lessons, written and otherwise, how to listen to and give direction to the subconscious. This is nothing more than auto suggestion which, of course, is another way of saying self hypnosis.

Your conscious might seem to have all of the answers but, like it or not, it is governed or ruled by your subconscious.

I ask that you give some serious thought to this… Have you ever REALLY felt God's presence with only the conscious level of your mind? Isn't it true that you felt another energy seem to "take over" when you reached your highest point of ecstasy. You might think that you have "free will" but there is that subtle "something" that is guiding you even if you try not to accept it.

So many are crying out to God. This is great but DO THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE CRYING OUT TO? I wonder. It is ONLY thru the subconscious that the contact with you and your God is made. The conscious simply sees God as a person, place or thing. It is thru the sub-conscious that God, as such, is fully realized.

Are you having a problem that doesn’t seem to be getting solved? Why? Be honest with your-self. Aren't you trying to solve it entirely on your conscious level of understanding. Then why do you fight the direction of the subconscious so much? Isn't it quite clear that the conscious level of your thinking isn't solving the problem.

Auto suggestion is the best way to get your subconscious activated but how many will do it.

A student of mine told me that he uses only the mental state in order to solve his problems, but does he? I doubt it because he uses his subconscious only in relation to his conscious and cannot seem to understand the difference between the conscious and the subconscious. Is your life the same today as it was a year ago? Are you still having the same problems without any solution in sight?

Auto suggestion is nothing more than getting in touch with your higher self where all of the answers are. So many people are always looking and praying to a God "out there somewhere." Actually the God you are praying to is within you. Seeking here and there for the answers only causes confusion, doubt and fear - yes, fear. Fear is the one thing that holds us back from meaningful auto suggestion because we are afraid to face ourselves. Once this is released we find a beautiful communication taking place between you and your higher self (sub-conscious).

Try, at least once a day, giving yourself suggestions and see what happens…
